Dignity

Members of the Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes suggest four funeral plans (Platinum, Heritage, Value, Homage) and four distinctive cremation plans that cover all aspects of a funeral: service, coffin, memorial package, flowers and additional services.

Each Dignity Plan includes:

  • Free protection for children and grandchildren
  • Long distance calling card (1 hour)
  • Personal Planning Guide
  • Compassion telephone line
  • After Care Planner.

These plans have been developed to assist families with the planning of a funeral, either at the time of death or as part of a prearrangement plan.

Escape School

What should I do if an adult asks me to help find their dog? How do I draw attention if I am in distress and I find myself secluded somewhere without my consent? What can we tell children to help protect them against an abuser without troubling them too much?

These are a few of the numerous questions discussed within the framework of the training sessions given at Escape School, a program sponsored by members of the Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes.

The Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes sides with parents and children regarding certain potential abduction situations. For this reason, Network members have committed themselves to promote and broadcast this recognized prevention program throughout North America.

This program is designed for parents and children from 5 to 12 years of age. It includes one-hour animated sessions as well as visual and written complimentary material.

These sessions are offered to schools and community organizations. For any additional information or if you wish to organize such an event, contact the funeral home nearest you.

Already aware of the parents' distress when losing a child, members of the Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes are proud to contribute and improve children's safety.
